Decent value, good support

As a first-time employer using Career Link, I was really looking for value. I opted for the 30-day job listing and was happy to see the price was competitive, especially compared to some other platforms I checked out. I also ended up getting a first post free deal which saved me a bit, so that was a nice bonus. I had a question about the applicant tracking system and their customer service was pretty quick to respond, which I appreciated. Made the whole process less stressful. Worth the cost for sure.

Consistent performance, easy to use

I've used Career Link several times now for various roles, mostly the 60-day job listings. This latest purchase for an executive assistant position was just as reliable as my previous experiences. The platform itself is familiar, and I know exactly where everything is, so posting a job takes no time at all. I appreciate the consistency; I always get a good pool of candidates, and the resume database access has been helpful on occasion. It just works, and I don't have to think about it too much. That's why I keep coming back instead of trying other sites like Indeed all the time.

Good for posting jobs

I used Career Link for a single job posting for a marketing role. It was pretty straightforward to get it up and running. I liked that it had some basic options for visibility. Got a few applications within a week, which was decent. Not too much hassle, just plugged in the info and it went live. Took about 2 days for the first applications to come in.

Are there any current discounts for non-profits on CareerLink? My organization is always looking for ways to save money on recruitment.

O Olivia Allen 1 week ago
I think I saw something about non-profit pricing on their site. Worth digging into their FAQs or contacting sales directly.

They definitely offer non-profit rates! My friend runs a small charity and got a special deal for job postings. Just gotta ask them about it.

Anyone know how CareerLink stacks up against Indeed for small businesses? Trying to figure out if it's worth branching out or just sticking with what I know.

M Mark Hernandez 1 week ago
I've used both. CareerLink feels a bit more tailored if you're looking for specific local talent, especially outside of major metro areas. Indeed is just a monster, good for sheer volume.

Indeed gets you more eyeballs, for sure. But I found CareerLink's applicant tracking a bit cleaner for managing fewer applications. Depends on your hiring volume, I guess.

Hey, thinking about trying CareerLink for some hires. Do they ever do like, a free first job post or something? Or is it all paid upfront?

I Ian W. 1 week ago
Yeah, I got a free first post when I signed up. I think it was part of an email promo though, might depend on how you register.

They totally do! Keep an eye out for their emails. I got one for a free first listing a few months back. Definitely worth checking if you can snag one.

What's the deal with their refund policy if I buy a bunch of job credits and don't end up using them all? Is it a pain to get money back?

D Danielle L. 1 week ago
Pretty sure they don't do refunds on unused credits. I remember reading something like that when I bought a bulk package.

L Luke L. 1 week ago
Nah, my understanding is those credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. Kinda like buying tokens at an arcade, you use 'em or lose 'em. So plan your buys carefully.

How long does it usually take for a job post to go live after you submit it on CareerLink? I need to get something up ASAP.

K Kevin Garcia 1 month ago
Usually pretty quick, like within an hour or two in my experience. They review them fast.

Mine went live almost instantly, like within 15-20 minutes. As long as it's not a weird time of day, it should be up pretty fast.
